Towers Business Center Eastwood Cyberpark

With a total floor area of 150 square meters, the Eastwood Business Center provides a cozy yet spacious atmosphere not seen in larger business centers. The Center has a wonderfully scenic view of the rest of Eastwood Cyberpark as well as Marikina Valley and the Hills of Antipolo. Located in the first IT Cyberpark in the Philippines, business center locators can enjoy government incentives such as income tax holidays and import tax exemptions. Eastwood Cyberpark is alive 24/7 thanks to the number of Call Centers and BPO companies in the area such as IBM, Dell, Toei Animation, and others. 

Located at the Eastern edge of Metro Manila, Eastwood Cyberpark is just a few minutes away from top universities such as UP and Ateneo, Ortigas Business District and the trendy Fort Bonifacio Business District.

The Towers Center has several cubicles in different configurations available for short-term or long-term rental. Each Cubicle comes with VoIP-enabled phone, executive chairs, cubicle lighting, and a moving storage cabinet. Broadband Internet Access via WiFi is also available office-wide at no additional cost.

The cubicles come in the following configurations:

• Corner Executive Cubicle - The corner executive cubicle is an enclosed cubicle with 7.5 square meters of floor space. The cubicle can be configured as an Executive office or as work room for up to four people. This corner office has a fantastic 270 degree view of Eastwood City, Marikina Valley, Antipolo Hills and Quezon City.
• Executive Cubicle -  Slightly smaller than the corner room at 6 square meters, this private cubicle nonetheless can be configured to accommodate up to 3 people.
• Elevated Cubicle -  The elevated cubicle area is an 8.5 square meter carpeted space configured to accommodate five people comfortably. Althougn not enclosed, the area is still private virtue of its elevation with respect to the rest of the business center.
• Double Cubicle - The double cubicles are 3.8 square meter open cubicles designed for two people working side by side. Ideal for startups and short-term consultancy projects requiring ample workspace. There are a total of three (3) Double Cubicles available for rent.
• Single Cubicle -The single cubicle is a private and spacious 2.6 square meters. Designed for visiting executives needing a short term workspace, the cubicle is nonetheless equiped with movable and lockable storage, VoIP phones, and private lighting. 

Cubicles can be rented per day, per week or per month. Booking priority will be provided to tenants looking to stay the longest.
