Towers Business Center Pasay City

The Pasay Business Center is almost 200 square meters in size with three fully enclosed office rooms capable of housing up to 8 workstations each. An open cubicle area and a conference room are also available for short and long term rental. The center also has a full-service kitchen/pantry for maximum comfort of its tenants.

Towers Business Center Pasay is strategically right across the World Trade Center in the Cultural Center of the Philippines Complex. It is located  less than 5 kms away from the International Airport, Makati Central Business District, World Trade Center, the Philippine Senate, Mall of Asia and  number of key government and educational institutions.

• Executive Offices - There are two executive offices available for rent. One unit has its own toilet and bath and another without.  Each unit is fitted with floor to ceiling closets as wells as lockable filing cabinets. The unit can be configure to house up to 8 workstations comfortably. One direct phone line is fitted into each room and WiFi internet is available for free. Additional phone lines and direct internet/LAN connections is available at the expense of the client. Each executive office has roughly 17 square meters of floor area and opens up to a penthouse balcony with a spectacular view of Manila Bay to the west, Roxas Boulevard and Manila towards the north and Makati CBD in the east.
  
   
• Open Cubicles - There are six single seat cubicles avaiable for rent with a usable space of roughly 1.6 square meters. Each unit comes with a desk with lockable drawers. WiFi internet is available for free. These cubicles are ideal for short term projects or for visiting executives needing a temporary but comfortable workspace.
